Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + bonus + staff discounts.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week including 1 weekend day.

Run And Ride is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Supervisor to work within our Cycle & Running store in Milford near Stafford.

About the Role

As Store Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead and motivate the team, ensure outstanding customer service, and keep store operations running smoothly. From supporting customers with expert product advice to maintaining high retail standards, this is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the store team.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.

• Drive sales performance and support the achievement of store targets and KPIs.

• Assist with daily store operations including stock control, merchandising, and cash handling.

• Provide knowledgeable advice on cycling, running footwear, apparel, and accessories.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, company policies, and procedures

About You

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or key-holder role (sports or lifestyle retail preferred).

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Sales-driven with the ability to motivate others to achieve targets.

• Passionate about cycling and running, with solid product knowledge.

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Confident using POS systems and retail technology.
