Terms & Conditions
Applicable to Bicycle Maintenance Service Subscription.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Bicycle Maintenance Subscription Service (“Service”) provided by [Company Name] (“Provider”). By subscribing, the customer (“Subscriber”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Subscription Term

The Service is offered on a minimum fixed term of 12 months.

The subscription period begins on the date of acceptance and payment confirmation.
3. Services Provided

Routine bicycle maintenance as outlined in the subscription plan.

Access to scheduled servicing appointments, subject to availability.

Any additional services outside the subscription plan will be charged separately.
4. Payment

Subscription fees are payable monthly or annually in advance, as agreed at the time of sign‑up.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are settled.
5. Cancellation Policy

Early cancellation is not permitted within the minimum 12‑month term.

If a Subscriber attempts to cancel before the end of the minimum term:

Outstanding fees for the remainder of the term will become immediately due.

The Provider reserves the right to pursue recovery of these fees, including through legal action.

Such legal action may result in a County Court Judgement (CCJ) being registered against the Subscriber.
6. Renewal

At the end of the initial 12‑month term, the subscription will automatically renew on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
7. Liability

The Provider will exercise reasonable skill and care in delivering maintenance services.

The Provider is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or modifications made by the Subscriber outside of the Service.
8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Acceptance
By subscribing to the Service, the Subscriber confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
